摘要

为确保新能源汽车动力电池总成系统的使用可靠性,提高汽车整体运行质量,在简要介绍新能源汽车动力电池总成检测现状的基础上,分析了动力电池总成检测系统的设计需求,并对自动检测系统进行了模块化设计,有效保障了新能源汽车动力电池总成系统的检测质量,提高了生产效率,对未来新能源汽车动力电池总成自动检测系统研究具有一定的参考价值.

Abstract

In order to ensure the reliability of the power battery assembly system of new energy vehicles and improve the overall operation quality of vehicles,the design requirements of the power battery assembly detection system of new energy vehicles were analyzed based on the brief introduction of the current situation of the power battery assembly detection system of new energy vehicles,and the modular design of the automatic detection system was carried out,which effectively ensured the detection quality of the power battery assembly system of new energy vehicles and improved the production efficiency.It has a certain reference value for the research of the automatic detection system of power battery assembly of new energy vehicles in the future.
