Application and Effect Analysis of Wind Turbine Blade Conduction Testing Device
In order to compare traditional and new blade conductivity testing methods,the structure and testing method of the new testing device were elaborated,and its effectiveness was evaluated based on actual testing data.The cost of single testing has been reduced to 1/9 of traditional methods,resulting in an overall cost savings of up to 856 000 yuan.The new measurement method reduces the downtime of the fan to less than 1 hour,saving 3 h per unit compared to traditional methods,and reducing the overall downtime by 642 h.This device effectively solves the high-risk problem of personnel working at heights.The results show that the new testing device not only reduces testing costs and shortens wind turbine downtime,but also improves operational safety and reduces management costs,providing strong guarantees for the safe and efficient operation of wind farms.
