Mechanical Structure Design of High-Voltage Wire Harness Automation Production Line for New Energy Vehicles
With the continuous expansion of the wire harness market,developing a new energy vehicle high-voltage wire harness production line that can achieve fully automatic and multi process production is of great significance for enhancing enterprise competitiveness and reducing costs.The automated production line of high-voltage wire harnesses for new energy vehicles should have key functions such as automatic unwinding,automatic cleaning,automatic processing,automatic rewinding,and core damage detection.This paper provides the overall structure design,unwinding equipment design,cutting equipment design,offline equipment design,auxiliary mechanism design,and component selection of the production line.After verification,the production line has achieved automated processing of wire harness products,effectively reducing labor costs,improving product quality and production efficiency.
