摘要

以JKN-3×2.2P缠绕式永磁外转子提升机为例,采用有限元分析方法对其动力学特性进行了分析.该方法首先将提升机参数输入到SimulationX软件,利用软件自动生成提升机的有限元模型;然后,基于该模型,分析了提升机在全过程运行中的动态特性、钢丝绳的动态张力以及不同转速和转矩条件下的功率水平.通过研究提升机的动力学特点,为提升机的结构设计和优化提供了支持,并确认该方法具有一定的应用价值.

Abstract

Taking the JKN-3×2.2P winding-type permanent magnet external rotor hoist as an example,the dynamic characteristics were analyzed using finite element analysis method.This method first inputs the parameters of the hoist into SimulationX software,and uses the software to automatically generate the finite element model of the hoist;Then,based on this model,the dynamic characteristics of the hoist during the entire operation process,the dynamic tension of the steel wire rope,and the power level under different speed and torque conditions were analyzed.By studying the dynamic characteristics of elevators,support has been provided for the structural design and optimization of elevators,and it has been confirmed that this method has certain application value.
