可伸缩机尾带式输送机的承载特性研究

摘要
针对掘进装载造成的效率低下问题,采用可伸缩机尾带式输送机进行掘进生产可大幅提升掘进装载的效率.在生产过程中,可伸缩机尾带式输送机面临多种不同的工况,造成其受力状态具有较大的差别.针对带式输送机 3种典型的受力状态,采用有限元仿真的形式进行承载特性的分析,以确保带式输送机的使用安全.
Abstract
In response to the problem of low efficiency caused by excavation loading,using a retractable tail belt conveyor for excavation production can significantly improve the efficiency of excavation loading.During the production process,the retractable tail belt conveyor faces various working conditions,resulting in significant differences in its stress state.Finite element simulation is used to analyze the bearing characteristics of three typical stress states of belt conveyors to ensure the safety of their use.
