首先,设计了挖掘机多路阀台架试验方案,多路阀试验台架的主要单元组成包括动力源单元、模拟负载单元、控制系统单元等,本实验台架可对多路阀的流量特性、压力损失特性、主安全阀的二次升压特性、保持阀的启闭特性、逻辑阀的流量分配特性、再生特性等进行试验.然后,试验了多路阀的左直线行走滑阀在空载时的流量特性.最后,对比分析了多路阀左直线行走滑阀的试验数据和仿真数据,得出以下结论:(1)在台架试验中,传感器的选型、布置位置都对试验结果有影响;(2)全方位地对比了左直线行走滑阀的试验数据和仿真数据,其模型精度在 90%以上.高精度的仿真模型可进一步优化分析左直线行走滑阀的性能.
Test and Simulation Analysis of Multi-Circuit Valve for Excavator
Firstly,a test plan for excavator multi-circuit valve test bench was designed.The main units of the multi-circuit valve test bench include power source unit,simulated load unit,control system unit,etc.This test bench can test the flow characteristics,pressure loss characteristics,secondary pressure rise characteristics of the main safety valve,opening and closing characteristics of the holding valve,flow distribution characteristics of the logic valve,regeneration characteristics,etc.Then,the flow characteristics of the left linear walking slide valve of the multi-circuit valve were tested under no-load conditions.Finally,a comparative analysis was conducted on the experimental and simulation data of the left linear walking slide valve of the multi-circuit valve,and the following conclusions were drawn:(1)In the bench test,the selection and placement of sensors have an impact on the test results,(2)A comprehensive comparison was made between the experimental data and simulation data of the left linear walking slide valve,and the model accuracy was over 90%.A high-precision simulation model can further optimize and analyze the performance of the left linear walking slide valve.
