Research on Speed Control Method for Clutchless Mechanical Transmission
The conventional speed control method for clutchless mechanical transmissions mainly uses AMT to generate a speed control unit, which is easily affected by the actuator, resulting in excessive shifting torque fluctuations. Therefore,it is necessary to design a new speed control method for clutchless mechanical transmissions.Design a clutch free shifting speed control strategy, using a simplified torsional vibration model to adjust the engine speed of a clutch free mechanical transmission,in order to achieve speed control of a clutch free mechanical transmission. The results show that the designed speed control method for clutch free mechanical transmissions has small torque fluctuations during shifting, proving that the control effect of the design method is good, reliable, and has certain application value, making a certain contribution to reducing the operational risk of clutch free mechanical transmissions.
