摘要

以DTC100/30/2Χ185S型煤矿带式输送机为例,介绍一种基于有限元分析的输送机传动滚筒优化设计方法.该方法通过构建相应的有限元模型,分析传动滚筒的受力情况,针对传动滚筒的受力情况,确定原有传动滚筒结构存在的缺陷,并基于此优化传动滚筒的结构参数,为煤矿带式输送机设计人员提供支持,确认基于有限元分析的输送机传动滚筒优化方法的应用价值.

Abstract

Taking DTC100/30/2Χ185S coal mine belt conveyor as an example,a method of optimization design of conveyor drive roller based on finite element analysis is introduced.This method constructs the corresponding finite element model,and then analyzes the transmission drum force,determines the defects of the original transmission drum structure for the transmission drum force,and optimizes the parameters of the transmission drum structure in this way,which provides support for the designers of the coal mine belt conveyor,and confirms the application value of the optimization method of the conveyor transmission drum based on the finite element analysis.
