摘要

后配套带式输送机是隧道施工土压平衡盾构机的关键部件.介绍了其特殊工作环境及水平转弯时面临的关键技术难题,给出了驱动装置、机身机构及其他零部件的设计参考方案,详细阐述了转弯时输送带偏移量的计算方法,为转弯处托辊组的调节提供了一定的理论依据.

Abstract

The rear supporting belt conveyor is a key component of the earth pressure balance shield machine for tunnel construction.Introduced its special working environment and the key technical challenges it faces during horizontal turning,provided a design reference scheme for the driving device,body mechanism,and other components,and elaborated on the calculation method for the offset of the conveyor belt during turning,providing a theoretical basis for the adjustment of the roller group at the turning point.
