摘要
为进一步提升双滚筒采煤机的运行质量,结合实际案例,分别对双滚筒采煤机运行时常见的截割部齿轮损坏故障、振动故障和液压调高系统失准故障 3 种情况进行初步分析,并根据分析结果,分别提出了针对性的解决措施.结果显示,应用以上解决措施后,有效解决了相应的问题,证明该研究具有一定实际应用价值,能为今后的相关工作提供一定参考.
Abstract
In order to further improve the operation quality of the double drum shearer,combined with the actual case,the common cutting gear damage fault,vibration fault and hydraulic height adjustment system misalignment fault of the double drum shearer are preliminarily analyzed,and according to the analysis results,the corresponding solutions are put forward.The results show that after the effective application of the above solutions,the corresponding problems are effectively solved,which proves that this research has certain practical application value and can provide some reference for the future related work.
