Research on Structure Improvement of Cutting Arm of Digging Anchor Integrated Machine Based on Topology Optimization Technology
The cutting arm of EBZ220M-2 excavator anchor integrated machine was structurally improved using topology optimization technology.Firstly,a topology optimization model for the cutting arm was established using Creo and Hyperworks software.Through analysis,it was found that there is a significant difference in unit density at different positions of the cutting arm.Then,optimize and improve the structure of the cutting arm from four levels based on the topology optimization results.Although the stress of the improved cutting arm has increased,it still meets the usage requirements,and the weight has been reduced by 11.3%,which can achieve the effect of cost reduction and energy consumption reduction in later operation.The application of the new cutting arm in engineering practice has been verified to achieve the expected results and significant economic benefits.
