智能防爆开关远程控制技术的研究

摘要
针对智能防爆开关远程控制存在反应时间长、信号干扰强的问题,设计了一种智能防爆开关远程控制技术.分析了智能防爆开关的工作原理并总体设计了智能防爆开关的远程控制,对远程控制分别进行了硬件部分设计和软件部分设计.结果表明,所提远程控制技术符合预期要求,对故障的保护反应达到 0.0005 s以内,实现了井下安全生产,为企业增长经济效益提供了便利条件.
Abstract
A remote control technology for intelligent explosion-proof switches is designed to address the issues of long response time and strong signal interference in remote control.Analyzed the working principle of the intelligent explosion-proof switch and designed the remote control of the intelligent explosion-proof switch as a whole.The hardware and software parts of the remote control were designed separately.The results show that the proposed remote control technology meets the expected requirements,with a protection response to faults within 0.000 5 s,achieving underground safety production and providing convenient conditions for the growth of economic benefits for enterprises.
