18650钢壳电池表面涂油设备是根据18650钢壳电池的基本外形尺寸,采用非标设计理念设计的,该设备由上料机构、涂油机构、下料机构 3 个部分构成.非标件通过SolidWorks软件建模完成,标准件通过计算选型.通过SolidWorks软件将非标件与标准件装配成完整的设备,并设计了能实现 18650 钢壳电池表面涂油的气动系统,最后通过三菱PLC控制整台设备的运行,为18650电池提供了一种高效的涂油解决方案.
Design and Research of Surface Oiling Equipment for 18650 Steel Shell Batteries
The surface oiling equipment for 18650 steel shell batteries is designed based on the basic external dimensions of 18650 steel shell batteries and adopts non-standard design concepts.The equipment consists of three parts:Loading mechanism,oiling mechanism,and unloading mechanism.Non standard parts are modeled using SolidWorks software,while standard parts are selected through calculation.By using SolidWorks software,non-standard and standard components were assembled into a complete device,and a pneumatic system was designed to achieve surface oiling of 18650 steel shell batteries.Finally,the operation of the entire device was controlled by Mitsubishi PLC,providing an efficient oiling solution for 18650 batteries.
