摘要
为减小电气仪表计量误差,实现电气仪表远程准确计量的目标,利用物联网技术设计了一种电气仪表远程计量方法.首先,选择质量可靠、性能稳定的电气仪表远程计量设备;其次,将计量设备安装在待计量的电气仪表上,利用物联网技术远程收集电气仪表的计量数据,提取能够反映仪表计量刻度的特征,从而远程识别电气仪表刻度;最后,计算电气仪表远程计量误差补偿值,校正远程计量误差.结果表明,应用所提远程计量方法后,6 台不同类型的电气仪表的计量误差率最大不超过0.5%,准确性较高,说明该方法的计量效果优势显著.
Abstract
To reduce the measurement error of electrical instruments and achieve the goal of remote and accurate measurement of electrical instruments,a remote measurement method for electrical instruments was designed using Internet of Things(IoT)technology.Firstly,select electrical instrument remote measurement equipment with reliable quality and stable performance.Secondly,install the measuring equipment on the electrical instruments to be measured,use IoT technology to remotely collect the measurement data of the electrical instruments,extract features that can reflect the measurement scale of the instruments,and thus remotely identify the scale of the electrical instruments.Finally,calculate the remote measurement error compensation value of the electrical instrument and correct the remote measurement error.The results show that after applying the proposed remote measurement method,the maximum measurement error rate of 6 different types of electrical instruments does not exceed 0.5%,with high accuracy,indicating that the measurement effect advantage of this method is significant.
