传统的电缆运维系统不具备有效的跟踪记录手段,难以确定其故障位置,容易导致运维效率低下.为解决该问题,提出基于RFID的铝芯电缆全寿命周期运维系统的设计与应用.先选取部分硬件搭建系统硬件,再以此为基础,完成软件设计.通过实时监测电缆的状态,及时发现铝芯电缆故障.通过自动跟踪铝芯电缆的整个生命周期数据,为后期运维提供参考.一旦发现电缆故障,利用RFID技术快速定位故障位置,提高维修效率.此外,该系统还可以通过自动化控制自动派发运维工单,提高工作效率.结果表明,利用该系统检测铝芯电缆的故障位置时,检测精度高,能够准确找到故障位置,提高了运维效率.
Design and Application of Full Life Cycle Operation and Maintenance System of Aluminum Core Cable Based on RFID
The traditional cable operation and maintenance system does not have an effective means of tracking and recording,and it is difficult to determine the fault location,which easily leads to low operation and maintenance efficiency.In order to solve this problem,the design and application of aluminum core cable life cycle operation and maintenance system based on RFID are proposed.First select part of the hardware to complete the construction of the system hardware,and then on this basis,complete the software design.Through real-time monitoring of cable status,aluminum core cable faults can be found in time.By automatically tracking the whole life cycle data of aluminum core cable,it provides reference for later operation and maintenance.Once a cable fault is found,RFID technology is used to quickly locate the fault location and improve the maintenance efficiency.In addition,the system can also realize the automatic distribution of operation and maintenance work orders through automatic control to improve work efficiency.The results show that when using the system to detect the fault location of aluminum core cable,the detection accuracy is high,the fault location can be found accurately,and the operation and maintenance efficiency is improved.
