Update and Automation Implementation of the Suction and Sprinkler System for the Stacker
As an important equipment in the unloading process of coal port enterprises,the stacker machine generates coal dust when the coal drop during transportation impacts the hopper.When coal falls from the cantilever head,it also forms coal dust,which is a serious problem.Especially at the beginning of the process,dust can cause environmental pollution and threaten the health of workers.An advanced and complete sprinkler and dust removal system is the key to solving this problem.Elaborated on the problems existing in the original water suction and sprinkler system,formulated a specific renovation technology plan,and analyzed the economic and social benefits of the renovation.
