摘要

作为天然气企业和用户之间的防护门,天然气场站运行的自动化与智能化需求变得越来越迫切.为此,提出天然气场站自动化与智能化建设方案,在传统天然气场站运营模式的基础上,结合数字化、自动化、智能化系统建设的要求,建设激光甲烷智能检测系统、大数据分析可视化系统、数字孪生系统,打造精细化管控、智能化生产于一体的数字化平台服务,能有效提升场站的应急处理能力,降低输配和管理成本,优化生产运营流程.

Abstract

As a protective door between natural gas enterprises and users,the automation and intelligence requirements for the operation of natural gas stations have become increasingly urgent.To this end,a plan for the automation and intelligence construction of natural gas stations is proposed.Based on the traditional operation mode of natural gas stations,combined with the requirements of digital,automated,and intelligent system construction,a laser methane intelligent detection system,big data analysis visualization system,and digital twin system are constructed to create a digital platform service that integrates fine control and intelligent production.This can effectively improve the emergency response capacity of the station,reduce transmission and distribution and management costs,and optimize production and operation processes.
