摘要

为加速医药物流行业的发展,满足其降本增效的需求,设计了基于PLC的智能物料分拣控制系统.该系统以PLC为核心控制器,融合了 3D视觉技术、PLC控制技术、机器人技术、传感器技术以及网络通信技术;利用 3D视觉技术检测托盘中药品纸箱的摆放形式,将检测数据传送至机器人;当机器人检测到设备状态满足条件时,开始分拣托盘中的整箱药品.其设备运行安全可靠,极大程度地降低了人工的劳动强度,提升了生产效率,实现了药品的可追溯性.

Abstract

In order to accelerate the development of the medicine logistics industry and meet its demand for cost reduction and efficiency increase,intelligent material sorting control system based on PLC has been designed.This system integrates 3D vision technology,PLC control technology,robotics technology,sensor technology,and network communication technology,using 3D vision technology to detect the placement form of drug boxes in pallets,and transmitting detection data to robots through network communication technology.When the robot detects that the equipment status conditions are met,it begins to unpack and sort the entire box of drugs in the pallet.Its equipment can work safely and reliably,greatly reducing manual labor intensity,improving production efficiency,and achieving drug traceability.
