摘要
为提升火车快速定量装车系统的装车效率,基于某单位定量装车系统的应用现状,分析了其现存的主要问题,重点对其结构与控制系统进行升级改造,并进行了应用测试.结果表明,改造后的定量装车系统在低温工作环境中不再出现溜槽结冰影响正常装车的问题,也不再出现液压油温大幅波动影响装运的问题,并可实现远程监控装车,解决了喷煤与严重污染的问题,减少了运维工作量,减轻了工人劳动强度,促进了装车工作的减人增效,取得了较好的经济效益与安全效益,可为类似工况下火车快速定量装车系统的升级改造提供一定参考.
Abstract
In order to improve the loading efficiency of the rapid quantitative loading system for trains,based on the current application status of the quantitative loading system in a certain unit,the main existing problems were analyzed.The structure and control system were mainly upgraded and transformed,and application tests were conducted.The results showed that the modified quantitative loading system no longer had the problem of chute icing affecting normal loading in low-temperature working environments.The problem of significant fluctuations in hydraulic oil temperature affecting shipment is no longer present,and remote monitoring of loading can be achieved,solving the problems of coal spraying and severe pollution,reducing the workload of operation and maintenance,reducing the labor intensity of workers,promoting the reduction of personnel and efficiency in loading work,achieving good economic and safety benefits.This can provide certain reference for the upgrading and transformation of rapid quantitative loading systems for trains under similar working conditions.
