摘要

直流特高压(UHVDC)线路是用于远距离电力传输的高压输电线路,由于远距离输电通常需要跨越较为恶劣的环境,使得该线路发生故障的可能性明显高于其他输电线路,而保护动作被及时触发并发挥作用的概率仅约 50%.因此,为确保UHVDC线路的安全运行,需要采取适当的继电保护措施.以继电保护为主要研究内容,从建立模型、确定思路等方面出发,围绕UHVDC适用的继电保护方案展开了讨论,以期提高线路的可靠性和安全性,降低事故发生的概率.

Abstract

Ultra high-voltage direct current(UHVDC)transmission lines are high-voltage transmission lines used for long-distance power transmission.Due to the fact that long-distance transmission usually requires crossing harsh environments,the likelihood of faults occurring on this line is significantly higher than that of other transmission lines.The probability of timely triggering and exerting protective actions is only about 50%.Therefore,in order to ensure the safe operation of UHVDC lines,appropriate relay protection measures need to be taken.This paper focuses on relay protection as the main research content,starting from the establishment of models and determination of ideas,and discusses the suitable relay protection schemes for UHVDC,in order to improve the reliability and safety of transmission lines and reduce the probability of accidents.
