为提高生产效率,降低人员的劳动强度,对工业控制系统的性能指标和技术指标的要求越来越高,特别是对于流水线型的生产企业,为实现和满足设备间自动联机功能,对设备采用的控制系统之间的通信技术要求也越来越高.以发动机车间机加设备应用的部分通信技术为背景,分析西门子工业控制系统间的通信技术应用.其主要分为 3个方面,首先,介绍了西门子工业控制系统的组成;其次,分析车间设备几种常用的通信方式以及每种方式的优点和缺点;最后,提出应用建议,其目的为:在工业自动化生产过程中,促使西门子工业控制系统间通信技术得以更好的应用,提升通信功能的易于实现性及便捷性和经济型,以为相关研究工作提供一定参考.
Research on the Application of Communication Technology Between Siemens Industrial Control Systems
In order to improve production efficiency and reduce personnel labor intensity,the requirements for the performance and technical indicators of industrial control systems are also increasing.Especially for assembly line production enterprises,in order to achieve and meet the automatic online function between equipment,the communication technology requirements between control systems used in equipment are also increasing.Based on the application of communication technology in the machining equipment of the engine workshop,analyze the application of communication technology between Siemens industrial control systems.It is mainly divided into three aspects.Firstly,the composition of Siemens industrial control system is introduced.Secondly,analyze several commonly used communication methods for workshop equipment and the advantages and disadvantages of each method.Finally,application suggestions are proposed with the aim of promoting the better application of communication technology between Siemens industrial control systems in industrial automation production processes,improving the ease of implementation,convenience,and economy of communication functions,and providing some reference for related research work.
