摘要
为充分利用线缆生产设备,将不同设备多个单元组合使用,以满足一台设备的多种生产需求.该设备以西门子S7-1200 PLC为控制中心,以组态王工控软件为上位机系统,通过工业以太网连接各工作单元.介绍了线缆多功能机的电气控制系统及以太网通信在该设备上的实现方式.
Abstract
To fully utilize cable production equipment,multiple units of different equipment are combined to meet the various production needs of a single device.The device is controlled by Siemens S7-1200 PLC as the control center,and uses the KingView industrial control software as the upper computer system,connecting various work units through industrial Ethernet.Introduced the electrical control system of the cable multi-functional machine and the implementation method of Ethernet communication on the device.
