摘要

针对无刷直流电机控制系统在运行过程中容易出现过压、欠压、霍尔传感器故障、缺相等问题,设计了无刷直流电机容错控制系统硬件,对电源故障、功率管短路损坏故障、电机缺相故障、霍尔位置检测故障 4 种故障类型进行了研究分析,提出应对策略,并在测试平台上进行了测试验证.结果表明,该电机容错系统结合故障应对策略具备较强的容错性能,能有效提高电机系统的可靠性.

Abstract

In view of the problems of over-voltage,under voltage,Hall sensor fault and lack of equality in the operation process of brushless DC motor control system,the hardware of brushless DC motor fault-tolerant control system is designed.The four fault types of power supply fault,power tube short-circuit damage fault,motor phase failure and Hall position detection fault are studied and analyzed,and the coping strategies are put forward,which are tested and verified on the test platform.Results show that the motor fault-tolerant system combined with fault response strategy has strong fault-tolerant performance,and can effectively improve the reliability of the motor system.
