摘要

作为液压系统的动力源装置,液压泵站可以促进国民经济发展及节约能源,在现代工业和城市中具有重要作用.针对高效节能泵站提出了模糊PID控制方法.首先,针对高效节能泵建立了该系统的数学模型.其次,针对高效节能泵站,提出了模糊PID控制方法来控制系统.最后,在MATLAB/Simulink环境平台中构建系统的传递函数及控制器,并将模糊PID控制方法与PID控制方法进行比较,验证了该控制方法的有效性.结果表明,对于高效节能泵站提出的模糊PID控制方法可显著提高系统的跟踪精度.

Abstract

As the power source device of the hydraulic system,the hydraulic pump station can promote the development of the national economy and save energy,and plays an important role in modern industry and cities.A fuzzy PID control method is proposed for high efficiency and energy saving pump station.Firstly,the mathematical model of the system is established for the high-efficiency energy-saving pump.Secondly,the fuzzy PID control method is proposed to control the system for the high-efficiency and energy-saving pump station.Finally,the transfer function and controller of the system are constructed in the MATLAB/Simulink environment platform,and the effectiveness of the control method is verified by comparing the fuzzy PID control method with the PID control method.The results show that the fuzzy PID control method proposed for the high-efficiency and energy-saving pump station can significantly improve the tracking accuracy of the system.
