大容量、大迟延的调节系统参数优化工作一直是困扰火电热工人的一大难题.菏泽电厂三期公共系统因水池容积较大(达2000 m3),补水管道较粗(Φ325×6 mm),水池液位难于控制,造成补水流量大幅波动,直接影响工业水池用户用水.为解决此难题,先后采取将补水电动门更换为调门,加装超声波液位计,进入DCS系统,设计自动调节控制逻辑组态,多次优化自动调节参数,使工业水池水位长期维持在一个相对稳定的液位,以有效保证设备长周期稳定运行.
Optimization of Automatic Adjustment Parameters for Large Capacity and Large Delay Systems
The parameter optimization of large capacity and large delay regulation systems has always been a major challenge for thermal and electrical workers.The public system of the third phase of Heze Power Plant has a large water tank volume(up to 2 000 m3)and a thicker water supply pipeline(Φ325×6 mm),the water level in the tank is difficult to control,resulting in significant fluctuations in the water supply flow rate and directly affecting the water consumption of industrial water tank users.To solve this problem,we have successively replaced the water supply electric valve with a regulating valve,installed an ultrasonic level gauge,entered the DCS system,designed an automatic adjustment control logic configuration,and optimized the automatic adjustment parameters multiple times to maintain a relatively stable liquid level in the industrial water tank for a long time,which can effectively ensure the long-term stable operation of the equipment.
