传统纸箱包装产线生产过程效率低,人工成本高昂.以纸箱的自动包装生产线系统为例,设计基于PLC和iFIX的产线监控系统,使纸箱包装生产线在无人干预的环境下能够高效运作,构建自动化生产线,降低企业成本,提高生产效率,减少人工工作量并改善产线生产环境.基于PLC和iFIX的产线监控系统不仅能够提升纸箱包装产线的灵活性、灵敏性,降低生产成本,缩短生产周期,加速产品更新迭代,而且在恶劣环境中具有较高的稳定性.
Design of Packaging Production Line Monitoring System Based on iFIX
The traditional paper box packaging production line suffers from low efficiency and extremely high labor costs.Taking the automatic packaging production line system for paper boxes as an example,a production line monitoring system based on PLC and iFIX is designed.This system enables the paper box packaging production line to operate efficiently in an unmanned environment,establishing an automated production line.It reduces enterprise costs,improves production efficiency,reduces manual workload,and enhances the production line environment.The production line monitoring system based on PLC and iFIX not only enhances the flexibility and responsiveness of the paper box packaging production line,reduces production costs,shortens production cycles,and accelerates product updates and iterations,but also have high stability in harsh environments.
