Troubleshooting Method for Emergency State Surge Fault of a Certain Type of Turbofan Engine
In response to the fault of emergency surge during the testing process of a certain type of turbofan engine,this paper analyzes the engine structure and emergency working principle,and studies the method of identifying the fault source without causing the engine to enter a surge state.Research has shown that test drive inspections are an effective means of verifying whether faults have been eliminated.Propose a method of manually intervening in the working state of the engine exhaust valve to ensure that there is no surge during engine testing and to avoid secondary damage to the engine.This method has accurate positioning and certain guiding significance for troubleshooting similar faults.
