Numerical Research on Energy Consumption Characteristics of Heating Units Under Different Extraction Conditions
The research of energy consumption characteristics of heating units is of great significance for energy conservation and emission reduction,as well as achieving"carbon peak"and"carbon neutrality".A 350 MW heating unit EBSILON calculation model was built, mainly studying the effects of reheat pressure loss and condenser pressure changes on unit heat and coal consumption. The results show that when the electrical load remains constant, the coal consumption rate decreases with the increase of the thermoelectric ratio. As the pressure loss of reheated steam increases, the coal and heat consumption of the unit also increase. As the electricity load decreases, the impact of reheat steam pressure loss on coal and heat consumption becomes greater. The coal and heat consumption of the unit increase with the increase of condenser pressure.Within the parameter range, when the electrical load is 260 MW,the condenser pressure rises to 6.0 kPa,and the coal consumption for power generation changes to 1.05 g·(kWh)-1.
