摘要
回转式空预器的漏风改造已成为各火力发电厂节能挖潜的成熟选项.针对朔州热电有限公司2×350 MW超临界循环流化床锅炉自 2020 年初投产以来回转式空预器漏风率高达 15%以上的现状,基于"双碳"目标下节能减排要求,三向密封结构研究、升级改造已迫在眉睫.通过#2 锅炉回转式空预器滚动柔性接触式密封改造,将空预器在各种负荷下的漏风率降至 6%以下,较好地解决了电流波动、扇形板磨损、冷端密封腐蚀等问题,显著提高了机组运行的安全可靠性和经济性.
Abstract
The air leakage transformation of rotary air preheaters has become a mature option for energy-saving and tapping potential in various thermal power plants.In response to the current situation where the leakage rate of the rotary air preheater in the 2×350 MW supercritical circulating fluidized bed boiler of Shuozhou Thermal Power Co.,Ltd.has exceeded 15%since its commissioning in early 2020,and based on the energy-saving and emission reduction requirements under the"double carbon"goal,research and upgrading of the three-way sealing structure are urgently needed.Through the rolling flexible contact sealing transformation of the#2 boiler rotary air preheater,the air leakage rate of the air preheater under various loads has been reduced to below 6%,effectively solving problems such as current fluctuations,wear of sector plates,and corrosion of cold end seals,significantly improving the safety,reliability,and economy of unit operation.
