基于电池组动态串联结构实现交流输出及电池均衡

电池是电动汽车的主要储能系统,如何提高输出波形的可靠性及改善电池的不一致性已成为汽车电池研究的关键问题.提出了一种改进型电池单元结构,该拓扑结构可以实现任意电池单元间的串联,且可以调整串联电池的数量,不仅可以输出稳定的正弦波,还可以有效实现电池均衡.与其他多电平结构相比,其结构简单、器件成本低,控制方式更简单且易于实现,具有较高的效率与较低的波形畸变率.逆变器输出的控制策略采用面积等效原理,使输出波形最大限度地等效于正弦波,有效降低谐波含量,而在均衡策略中,设计基于该结构动态均衡策略,实现各电池单元间的快速平衡.结果表明,该电路结构能够稳定地提供 220 V/50 Hz的交流电压,输出波形谐波含量仅为 2.37%.与传统逆变电路相比,该拓扑结构在逆变工作时兼具电池均衡功能,且均衡效果良好.最后通过物理样机的测试证明了该电路的有效性和可靠性,为电动汽车的逆变输出和均衡控制提供了一种新的方案.
Battery Balance and AC Output Based on Dynamic Series Structure of Battery Pack
Battery has been the main energy st orage system of electric vehicles.How to improve the reliability of output waveform and improve the inconsistency of battery has become the key issue of automotive battery research.An improved battery cell structure is proposed,which can realize the series connection of any battery cell and adjust the number of batteries in series.It can not only output stable sine wave,but also effectively realize battery equalization.Compared with other multilevel structures,its structure is simple,the device cost is low,the control mode is simpler and easy to implement,and it has higher efficiency and lower waveform distortion rate.The control strategy of the inverter output uses the area equivalent principle to make the output waveform equivalent to the sine wave to the maximum extent and effectively reduce the harmonic content.In the equalization strategy,the dynamic equalization strategy based on this structure is designed to achieve the rapid balance between the battery units.The results show that the circuit structure can stably provide 220 V/50 Hz AC voltage,and the harmonic content of the output waveform is only 2.37%.Compared with the traditional inverter circuit,the topology structure has the function of battery equalization when the inverter works,and the equalization effect is good.Finally,the effectiveness and reliability of the circuit are proved by the test of the physical prototype,which provides a new scheme for the inverter output and equalization control of electric vehicles.
