摘要

针对发动机地面顺桨不停车故障,通过对其工作涉及机构的机理分析,建立故障树,经数据判读,初步确定其故障原因为继电器盒线路故障.通过地面试验、分解及目视检查,准确定位其故障原因为继电器盒导线绝缘层破裂造成的短路,以期为同类型故障分析提供参考.

Abstract

In response to the fault of the engine not stopping on the ground,a fault tree was established by analyzing the mechanism involved in its operation.After data interpretation,it was preliminarily determined that the cause of the fault was a relay box circuit fault.Through ground testing,decomposition,and visual inspection,accurately locate the fault cause as a short circuit caused by the insulation layer of the relay box wire rupture,providing reference for the analysis of similar faults.
