东曲煤矿近水平高定向钻井瓦斯开采技术及应用

基于煤矿综采工作面因开采强度大、瓦斯涌出量大导致上隅角瓦斯聚集的问题,采用数值模拟法并结合关键层控制理论,研究了采动影响区覆岩裂隙发育规律,确定了近水平高位定向钻进的最佳布孔位置和钻孔结构.实践表明,采用近水平高位定向钻孔抽采瓦斯,单孔最大瓦斯抽采纯量为 2.5 m3/min,4 个钻孔总抽采纯量为 34.5 万m3,回采过程中工作面上隅角瓦斯浓度降至0.31%,有效解决了上隅角瓦斯超限的问题.
Gas Mining Technology and Application of Near Horizontal High Directional Drilling in Dongqu Coal Mine
Based on the problem of gas accumulation in the upper corner of the coal mine comprehensive mining face due to high mining intensity and gas emission,numerical simulation method and key layer control theory were used to study the development law of overlying rock fractures in the mining affected area.The optimal hole layout position and drilling structure for near horizontal high-level directional drilling were determined.Practice has shown that using near horizontal high-level directional drilling to extract gas,the maximum pure gas extraction volume of a single hole is 2.5 m3/min,and the total pure gas extraction volume of four boreholes is 345 000 m3.During the mining process,the gas concentration in the upper corner of the working face decreases to 0.31%,effectively solving the problem of gas exceeding the limit in the upper corner.
