Simulation Study on Parametric Performance of Hydrogen Production Reactor Based on Aspen Plus
Using Aspen PlusTM chemical process simulation software,analyzing,design and optimizing Cu-Cl cycle,analyzing the energy,fire and yield of the five-step cycle process,the thermal efficiency of the five-step thermochemical process is 44%based to the low calorific value of hydrogen.By analyzing the sensitivity,the influence of various operating parameters on the efficiency and yield,and the parameters are optimized.The results can be used to develop the new system configuration using Cu-Cl cycle and improve the parameter performance of the hydrogen production reactor of Aspen Plus.
