摘要

为了解决传统激光切割机在工业生产中不够智能化、生产效率低、系统功能单一等问题,激光切割机远程控制模块通过加工参数监控(主摄像头)和过程信号监控(副摄像头)远程控制工件的加工,同时,用户通过APP远程操作激光切割机并传输加工图像.信息传输模块采用基于不同过滤器的误差扩散算法与双线性内插值算法处理图像数据,并通过与操作端工作场景的智能匹配,达到远程监控的目的,从而实现远程智能化加工工件进行工业生产.操作者远离激光切割机时也能通过手机电脑等智能设备对激光器切割机实现远程操作和监控,最终实现高生产效率、高水平切割机智能化、较低的人工成本等.

Abstract

In order to solve the problems of the traditional laser cutting machine in industrial production,such as not intelligent enough,low production efficiency,single system function and so on,the remote control module of the laser cutting machine remotely controls the processing of the workpiece through the processing parameter monitoring(main camera)and process signal monitoring(sub camera).At the same time,the user remotely operates the laser cutting machine and transmits the processing image through the APP.The information transmission module uses the error diffusion algorithm based on different filters and bilinear interpolation algorithm to process the image data,and intelligently matches the working scene of the operation end to achieve the purpose of remote monitoring,so as to realize the remote intelligent processing of workpieces for industrial production.When the operator is far away from the laser cutting machine,he can also remotely operate and monitor the laser cutting machine through intelligent devices such as mobile phones and computers,and ultimately achieve high production efficiency,high-level intelligent cutting machine,low labor cost,etc.
