Deformation Analysis and Lightweight Design of Crown Wheel Body of Coal Mine Hoist
As an important component of multi rope friction hoist,the crown wheel body needs to bear a large load during operation and is prone to deformation.Taking the JKMD-5.7×4 hoist as the research object,based on an overview of the overall structure of the hoist,ANSYS was applied to analyze the static deformation of the crown wheel body.It was found that the total deformation can meet the requirements,but the total mass is relatively large,which can be used for lightweight design.Lightweight design is achieved by reducing 2 spokes while increasing the width of the spokes.The increase in spoke width determined by ANSYS is 110 mm.The stiffness of the wheel structure after lightweight design is basically the same as before optimization,but the total mass is reduced by 25.462%,achieving the effect of lightweight design and creating good economic benefits for the enterprise.
