摘要

基于烟包税票贴纸的实际工作需求,设计了一种末端变速的贴纸机构.该机构利用行星齿轮的基础运动属性实现税票从纸库到贴纸轮的传递,并利用伺服电机控制固定齿轮在特定相位的速度补偿运动,实现在纸库取出税票、下一工位交接税票两者末端相对速度为零,其余相位变加减速的运动.应用Creo软件建立三维模型并进行运动仿真,验证结构设计的合理性,以期为后续生产提供指导.

Abstract

Based on the practical work requirements of cigarette tax invoice stickers,and designs a sticker mechanism with the end variable speed.The institution utilizes the basic motion properties of planetary gears to transfer tax receipts from the paper warehouse to the sticker wheel,and uses servo motors to control the speed compensation motion of fixed gears in a specific phase,achieving zero relative speed at the two ends of the tax receipts taken out of the paper warehouse and handed over to the next workstation,while the rest of the phases change in acceleration and deceleration.Apply the Creo software to establish a 3D model and conduct motion simulation to verify the rationality of the structural design and guide the subsequent production.
