摘要
围绕859换向器自动排片机的使用情况,对其故障情况和产品质量状况进行了收集、整理、判断和分析,并改进与优化了原有设计方案的换向片排列机构、推送机构、塑壳送料机构、压入机构以及原有设备的整体结构.通过一系列的实验验证和实际应用,显著提高了自动排片机设备的使用性能、生产效率和产品的工序质量水平,降低了设备故障率,缩短了停机时间.
Abstract
This paper focuses on the use of the 859 commutator assembly bars machine,its faults and product quality conditions were collected,organized,judged and analyzed,and improved and optimized the original design of the commutator chip-laying mechanism,the push mechanism,the plastic shell feeding mechanism,the press-in mechanism,and the overall structure of the original equipment.Through a series of experimental verification and practical application,it has significantly improved the performance,production efficiency and product quality level of automatic chip arranging machine equipment,reduced the equipment failure rate and shortened the downtime.
