摘要
为了解决选煤厂浮选自动化程度低、精度差的问题,设计了一种新的智能浮选控制系统.该系统能够智能控制液位、加药量、吸气量及运行参数,实现无人值守作业.实际应用表明,智能浮选控制系统可使精煤产率提高1.4%,减少3个浮选作业人员,有效提升选煤厂的浮选效率和浮选质量.
Abstract
In order to solve the problems of low automation and poor accuracy in flotation in coal preparation plants,a new intelligent flotation control system has been designed.The system can intelligently control the liquid level,dosage,suction volume,and operating parameters,achieving unattended operation.Practical applications have shown that the intelligent flotation control system can increase the clean coal yield by 1.4%,reduce three flotation operators,and effectively improve the flotation efficiency and quality of the coal preparation plant.
