Structural Design of Power Battery for New Energy Electric Locomotive
Electric locomotives are important supporting equipment for tunnel construction using earth pressure balance shield tunneling machines.The use of new energy batteries as the power source for electric locomotives is an inevitable trend in development.This paper introduces the characteristics of power batteries for new energy electric vehicles,and elaborates on their design principles and structural innovations from the aspects of composition layout,counterweight,sealing,heat dissipation,fire extinguishing and explosion prevention,and rapid maintenance.It provides a certain reference for the design of power batteries for new energy electric vehicles.
