倾斜带式输送机能量回馈变频制动技术仿真研究

针对倾斜带式输送机传统制动方式存在能耗较高、制动冲击较大、制动平稳性较差等问题,对倾斜带式输送机新型制动技术进行研究,提出了一种能量回馈变频制动新技术.利用计算机系统搭建了回馈变频制动技术PID闭环控制模型,设置仿真参数并进行数值模拟.仿真结果表明,回馈变频制动中的回馈制动单元可以回收系统能量,有效降低制动能耗,大大降低制动冲击,实现了带式输送机的恒力矩制动,机械和电气复合制动方式可以有效防止误制动,制动过程更可靠,验证了能量回馈变频制动技术的优势和效果,取得了满意的仿真结果.
Simulation Study of Energy Feedback Frequency Conversion Braking Technology of Inclined Belt Conveyor
In view of the problems of high energy consumption,large braking impact and poor braking stability of inclined belt conveyor,the new braking technology of inclined belt conveyor is studied,and a new energy feedback technology of frequency conversion braking is proposed.Using the computer system set up the feedback frequency conversion braking technology PID closed-loop control model,set the simulation parameters and numerical simulation,simulation results show that feedback frequency conversion braking unit can recycle system energy,effectively reduce braking energy consumption,braking impact is greatly reduced,realize the belt conveyor constant deceleration braking,multiple circuit braking mode can effectively prevent false braking,braking more reliable,verify the energy feedback frequency conversion braking technology advantage and effect,has obtained the satisfactory simulation results.
