体温计自动标刻与分拣设备及控制方法设计

针对人工合规性检验体温计产品时存在的疲劳度大、误判率高、分拣及标刻效率低等问题,设计了一种基于机器视觉的体温计标刻与分拣装置,并采用PyQt5及C语言分别实现了上位机、下位机控制程序,构建了一套功能完备的体温计自动化标刻与分拣设备.实践表明,该设备能高效完成体温计标刻及分拣任务,提高了生产厂家的生产效率.
Design of Automatic Marking and Sorting Equipment and Control Methods for Thermometers
In response to the problems of high fatigue,high misjudgment rate,and low sorting and labeling efficiency in manual compliance inspection of thermometer products,a machine vision based thermometer marking and sorting device was designed.The upper computer and lower computer control programs were implemented using PyQt5 and C language,respectively,and a fully functional automatic thermometer marking and sorting equipment was constructed.Practice has shown that this equipment can efficiently complete the tasks of marking and sorting thermometers,improving the production efficiency of manufacturers.
