Aircraft Profile Measurement Method Based on Lidar
Aircraft assembly parts are characterized by large size and complex shape,the deviation of the assembled dimensions from the theoretical model,and the huge amount of measurement data of the aircraft profile,so designing an efficient and accurate measurement method of the aircraft profile is crucial to ensure the accuracy of the aircraft assembly.A measurement system combining laser tracker and lidar is established to fulfill the measurement task of the whole aircraft profile.The system includes the detailed program design in terms of spatial system positioning,coordinate system establishment,stations division and point cloud density distribution.By comparing the measurement data with the theoretical model and analyzing the errors,it is verified that the integrated measurement accuracy conforms to the nominal field control accuracy of the system,which in turn verifies the feasibility and correctness of the proposed method.
