摘要
零速故障是下运带式输送机特有的且具有隐蔽危害性的一种设备故障,给矿山散料输送系统的安全作业管理带来风险.根据某大型铜矿下运带式输送机发生的2起故障,引入零速故障的概念,通过描述故障现象、特征,介绍下运带式输送机的启动、停车流程、制动方式以及S型曲线的速度控制逻辑,进而分析零速故障产生的原因,提出检测与解决方案.
Abstract
Zero-speed failure is a unique and hidden harmful equipment fault of the declined belt conveyors,which brings risks to the safe operation management of the system of the mining material conveying.This paper introduces the concept based on two zero-speed failure that occurred on the declined belt conveyors in a large mine.By describing the fault phenomena and characteristics,this paper introduces the starting and stopping processes,braking methods,and the speed control logic of S-curve,and then analyze the causes of zero-speed failures and propose detection and solutions.
