摘要

为增强泵站离心泵的运行效果,提出泵站离心泵故障状态自动监测方法.首先分析离心泵运行振动信号,从中提取峰值、脉冲、裕度、峭度等特征参数,然后利用SVM对提取的特征参数进行故障模式识别,自动监测泵站离心泵故障状态.结果表明,应用设计方法在不同离心泵故障模式样本特征的类聚效果较好,故障状态监测准确率较高.

Abstract

To enhance the operational efficiency of centrifugal pumps in pumping stations,an automatic monitoring method for the fault status of centrifugal pumps in pumping stations is proposed.Firstly,analyze the vibration signal of the centrifugal pump operation,extract characteristic parameters such as peak,pulse,margin,kurtosis,etc.,and then use SVM to recognize the fault mode of the extracted characteristic parameters,automatically monitoring the fault status of the centrifugal pump in the pumping station.The results indicate that the application of design methods has a good clustering effect on the sample characteristics of different centrifugal pump fault modes,and the accuracy of fault state monitoring is high.
