摘要

液压支架用乳化油浓度测量在各行业中都具有广阔的前景,这主要得益于其在生产和质量控制中的关键作用.采用了一种高灵敏度、可实时监测、无接触性的测量方法——电容法,并根据检测环境的需求设计了对应的传感器装置.在实际测量中,电容传感器与测量电路共同构成测量系统,实现对乳化剂浓度的测量.

Abstract

The measurement of emulsified oil concentration for hydraulic support has broad prospects in various industries,which mainly benefits from its key role in production and quality control.A highly sensitive,real-time monitorable,non-contact measurement method,the capacitance method,was adopted,and a corresponding sensor device was designed according to the needs of the testing environment.In actual measurement,the capacitance sensor and measurement circuit together form a measurement system to achieve the measurement of emulsifier concentration.
