为解决现行控制方法效果不佳,异常电气参数回归设定值时间较长问题,提出单片机在变电站电气自动控制设计中的应用研究.首先,根据变电站自动控制需求设计控制框架;其次,利用无线传感器实现电气数据采集,通过转换与放大电气信号实现电气数据传输;最后,利用单片机计算电气数据误差,驱动控制器调控电气误差,实现基于单片机的变电站电气自动控制设计.结果证明,使用该设计方法时,异常电气参数回归设定值时间不超过3 s,电气故障率不超过1%,应用效果较好.
Application Research of Microcontroller in Electrical Automatic Control Design of Substation
In order to solve the problem of poor effectiveness of current control methods and long time for abnormal electrical parameter regression set values,this paper proposes the application research of microcontrollers in the design of electrical automatic control in substations.Firstly,design a control framework based on the automatic control requirements of the substation.Secondly,use wireless sensors to collect electrical data,and transmit electrical data through conversion and amplification of electrical signals.Finally,use a microcontroller to calculate electrical data errors,drive the controller to regulate electrical errors,and achieve the design of substation electrical automatic control based on the microcontroller.The results show that when using this design method,the time for regression of abnormal electrical parameters to the set value does not exceed 3 s,and the electrical failure rate does not exceed 1%.The application effect is good.
