供电系统"晃电"治理研究

为有效解决供电系统晃电问题导致的空分装置运行故障,提出一种基于电控技术的抗晃电措施.该措施的主要思路为:根据空分装置的运行工况,计算电压瞬时下降时的暂态电压,采用电控技术连接空分装置的线路与蓄电池的SW启动键,改善电压输送形态,从而设计出空分装置晃电时的电压补偿方法.最后通过实验对比表明,该抗晃电措施能够满足空分装置运行中的抗晃电需求,确保供电系统设备安全、连续且稳定运行.
Research on Governance of"Shake Electricity"in Power Supply Systems
To effectively solve the operation failure of the air separation unit caused by power supply system shaking,a anti shaking electricity measure based on electronic control technology is proposed.The main idea of this measure is to calculate the transient voltage when the voltage drops instantaneously based on the operating conditions of the air separation device,use electronic control technology to connect the circuit of the air separation device to the SW start button of the battery,improve the voltage transmission form,and design a voltage compensation method when the air separation device shakes.Finally,through experimental comparison,it is shown that this anti shake electricity measure can meet the anti shake electricity requirements during the operation of the air separation device,ensuring the safe,continuous,and stable operation of the power supply system equipment.
