Research and Design of Orchard Soil Parameter Monitoring System Based on LoRaMesh Networking Technology
Based on the fact that orchards in the northwest region of China have a vast area and are mostly located in complex terrain areas such as mountains and hills,a real-time monitoring system for soil parameters in mountain orchards is designed based on LoRa spread spectrum technology and Mesh network structure to address the problems of low water use efficiency and fruit yield in traditional irrigation methods. The particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to optimize the deployment of wireless nodes and determine their coordinate positions.A wireless node is composed of LoRaMesh module and STM32L052K8 low-power processor to transmit and aggregate collected data to the upper computer for statistical analysis. The results show that the system has the characteristics of good system stability and high network reliability, achieving wireless data collection, remote real-time monitoring, and irrigation process control for fruit planting, ensuring high yield and quality of fruit trees.
