基于多传感器技术深度融合的煤矿井下安全监控技术研究

针对煤矿井下传统安全监控系统存在智能化不足、运维成本较高、现场管控难度较大等问题,对煤矿井下安全监控技术进行了研究.采用多传感器深度融合技术实现对煤矿井下机电设备运行状态参数的全面采集和智能分析诊断,完成硬件系统的设计;采用Labview编写了数据采集监测系统以实现对现场检测数据的可视化显示.现场应用表明,多传感器深度融合煤矿井下安全监控系统实现了对煤矿井下机电设备的智能监控,故障响应时间仅为1.56 s,大大降低了工人的劳动强度,提高了设备的运维效率.该研究结论可以为后期实现煤矿井下设备的智能监控提供一定参考.
Research on the Underground Safety Monitoring Technology in Coal Mine Based on the Deep Integration of Multi-Sensor Technology
For traditional coal mine safety monitoring system intelligence,high operational cost,field control is difficult,this paper on coal mine safety monitoring technology,using multiple sensor depth fusion technology of coal mine mechanical and electrical equipment running state parameters of comprehensive collection and intelligent analysis and diagnosis,complete the hardware system design,using Labview wrote the data acquisition and monitoring system of field detection data visualization.After the field application,it is shown that the multi-sensor deep fusion underground coal mine safety monitoring system realizes the intelligent monitoring of the underground electromechanical equipment in the coal mine,and the fault response time is only 1.56 s,which greatly reduces the labor intensity of workers and improves the efficiency of equipment operation and maintenance.The research conclusion can provide certain reference for the intelligent monitoring of underground equipment in the later stage.
