Research on Remote Operation and Maintenance Online Monitoring and Fault Diagnosis Technology for Mechanical and Electrical Equipment in Coal Preparation Plant
In response to the problems of low inspection efficiency,high inspection intensity,difficult equipment maintenance,and poor potential fault diagnosis effect in the traditional operation and maintenance of coal mine preparation plant equipment,this paper explores the key technologies of intelligent operation and maintenance of coal preparation plant equipment,analyzes the common types and abnormal characteristics of mechanical and electrical equipment in coal preparation plants,and proposes a remote operation and maintenance online monitoring system for coal preparation plant equipment.Multiple sensors are used to collect real-time operating parameters and status information of the equipment,and the coal preparation plant uses Ethernet ring network to achieve real-time feedback of on-site parameters and display on the upper computer.Introduced the key technologies of intelligent fault diagnosis and established the process of intelligent fault diagnosis algorithm.The results show that the application of the remote operation and maintenance online monitoring system for the mechanical and electrical equipment in the coal mine preparation plant can accurately collect the operating parameters of the on-site equipment,and visually reflect the status of the equipment.When the physical signal of the equipment exceeds the set threshold,it will automatically alarm.The entire system can replace 7～8 people to complete the daily operation and maintenance work of the equipment,greatly reducing the labor intensity of workers,reducing labor costs for enterprises,and achieving satisfactory application results.
